
Office Administrator – maternity cover
Fixed / temporary contract ending 23/12/2025
Location: Midhurst, West Sussex
Position Length: 1 year, with potential for extension based on project success
Salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) - pro rata to length of contract
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Flexible Working: Own transport essential.
Equipment: Laptop provided

THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE IN MORE DETAIL....
Overview
As our office administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of the business office needs. You will collaborate closely with our sales advisor & installation team.
Key responsibilities
- Customer Service – answering phones, dealing with customer questions and queries in a professional manner.
- Handling Customer Administrative tasks – generating customer IWA certification, registering installations with FENSA, and several other documents required for customers.
- Managing Fleet of Vans – administration of MOT’s, tax and any breakdowns
- Ordering – manage the stocktake of supplies for installers and ordering of hardware as required.
- Working with the workshop – the joiners may require support in arranging for engineers to fix a broken machine and ordering parts.
Essential skills and experience
- Experience with CRM platforms / Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Desirable Skills
- Previous office experience preferred – training provided.
- Good sense of time management and the ability to multi-task within the team.
